CONREGO Newsletter Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the service consisting in delivering CONREGO Newsletter or Guides to the Recipient.
The free newsletter service is provided by the CONREGO Tomasz Chrosciechowski Company, having its registered office at ul. Wladyslawa Grabskiego 4/12, 66-400 Gorzow Wielkopolski, Tax Identification Number: 599-197-05-63, REGON No.: 211031827, following the principles set forth in these Terms and Conditions. It is required to carefully read the Terms and Conditions specified herein, prior to giving consent to using the newsletter service.
It is required to have a computer with access to the Internet, any web browser, as well as active and properly configured electronic mail, in order to use the service.
Newsletter is a free of charge service that consists in providing Users with information about new products offered by CONREGO, events, and updates of the CONREGO Application, by sending selected content in the form of electronic letters.
To subscribe to the newsletter, the User must enter their own email address in the form made available by CONREGO, on its website. By subscribing, the User gives consent to receiving free newsletters.
CONREGO shall not disclose email addresses entrusted to them to any third parties/persons.
The User has a right to terminate the newsletter service at any time. Subscription can be cancelled by clicking on the “Cancel” link provided at the bottom of each electronic letter delivered to the User.
It results in immediate deletion of the User’s email account from the newsletter address database, which is followed by a message that confirms the operation.
By subscribing the newsletter, the Recipient agrees to receive commercial and marketing information from CONREGO, sent to the email account of the User, as part of the newsletter, within the meaning of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services dated 18th July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1422).
CONREGO reserves the right to remove an account, if its User/Recipient has violated these Terms and Conditions, or the law of the Republic of Poland, or they have taken actions that interfere with the peaceful use of the service by other users, or they use it to provide illegal content.
