Update 2024.07.01

On Monday, July 1, 2024, another CONREGO system update was released.

We introduced many user interface improvements and several useful features that make the attendee registration system even more flexible.

In the registration template editing screen, we added four new features:

  1. Payment reminder email – an automated email that can be scheduled to send N days after a participant registers.

  2. Registration cancellation email – the ability to automatically cancel a registration after a specified time if the participant has not completed the payment. The cancellation triggers an email notification to the participant.

  3. We added new additional registration conditions, which you can activate to further tailor the registration process to your needs:

a) Enable responses to participation invitations
This condition is useful when organizing an invitation-only event. After invitations are sent, each recipient receives a link to a response page where they can accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, they are redirected to the registration form. If declined, the registration is cancelled, and the user is redirected to a confirmation page with custom content.

b) Enable verification of free registrations
The free registration verification mode allows you to accept or reject incoming submissions. Approval or rejection is done individually on the participant's card or in bulk from the participants list. When this condition is activated, two new registration statuses appear in the system: accepted / rejected.
