Update 2024.08.13

On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, we released a CONREGO system update including new features and interface improvements:

  1. New event setup guide – a clear step-by-step configuration wizard will help every beginner (and not only) prepare their first event. We hope you’ll enjoy the new guide.

  2. Automatic report delivery via email – we added a feature that enables automatic sending of XLS reports on selected days, at selected times, to a specified email address. You no longer need to manually download and forward XLS files. The system will deliver any report you need, when you need it, to the right person.

  3. Payment form – we added a new field type for the payment form – Payer Type. Thanks to this field, the participant can choose whether the payer is a private individual or an organization. Depending on this choice, the tax number field will appear or disappear.

  4. Transaction filtering – we added four new filters to the TRANSACTIONS section: three for filtering final, pro forma, and corrective invoices by invoice number (e.g., INV/2024/02 to filter invoices from February 2024), and one for filtering by the payment method selected by the participant.

  5. Activating the discount code field at the offer stage – we added an option that allows you to include the discount code input field already at the offer stage. Thanks to this, participants will immediately see price reductions after entering a code. An additional benefit: if the discount is 100%, the payment step will be skipped, and no invoice data will be required.

  6. XLSX file names – XLSX report file names now include the report template name as well as the generation date and time (UTC-based).
