Redirecting a Custom Domain to CONREGO

To connect an external domain to your CONREGO subscription, you must use a subdomain (e.g., www.event.com, registration.event.com).

The external subdomain will not replace the default .conrego.app address, but both will work in parallel.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel and go to MY ACCOUNT > BILLING & INVOICES. Once you fill in your billing details and request the "External Domain Redirect" service, a pro forma invoice will be generated. After payment, we will send the final invoice.

  2. Choose your subdomain and send this information to support@conrego.com.

  3. We will generate two CNAME records and send them to you via email.

  4. Add these CNAME records to your main domain’s DNS panel and let us know once it’s done.

  5. Within 2–8 hours, we will complete the domain connection, including the redirect and SSL certificate generation.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email when everything is set up.
