We are pleased to present a list of the most important updates implemented on our platform by May 13, 2024. Most of these changes are the result of your suggestions – and for that, we are very grateful. Thanks to you, CONREGO is becoming more functional every day.
On the Registration Template editing screen, we added a Special Conditions section introducing new features to the registration process. The first one is the invitation acceptance or rejection step.
After importing a guest list and sending invitations, each invitee will receive a link that leads to a dedicated page where they can accept or decline the invitation. Acceptance will redirect the invitee directly to the registration form. Declining will cancel the registration and redirect them to a thank-you page confirming the rejection.
In the Integrations section, we introduced a new screen for integrating external cookie consent banners (CookieYes, CookieFirst, CookieScript, CookieBot) compliant with Google Consent Mode v2. From now on, to unlock the Analytics and Marketing screen (used for embedding external tracking, marketing, and JavaScript libraries), integration with such a service is required.
On the Event Configuration screen, we added a panel access authorization feature that allows you to define IP addresses authorized to access the admin panel. This significantly enhances data security by restricting admin access.
In the Offers (agenda) sections of the Registration Template editor, we increased the maximum number of items displayed in a single row from 4 to 8. Now you can choose between 1 and 8 items per row – perfect for organizing agendas with many parallel sessions.
Two weeks ago, we updated the email message builder scripts to enhance data security.
We resolved the issue with expiring XLS import queues for participant data. The issue has not reoccurred for two weeks, confirming the effectiveness of the solution.
