How to manage registration limits in CONREGO?

Managing registration limits is a key feature when registering attendees for an event. In CONREGO, you can precisely configure these limits at the level of Ticket Types and within the Registration Template.

1. Ticket Type limit:

If you set a limit of, for example, 100 attendees for a specific ticket type, only the first 100 people will be able to register.
After reaching the limit, any further attempt to register will trigger a message informing the user that no more spots are available.

This applies to registration via:

  • the event website,
  • direct ticket links,
  • invitation links sent to attendees.

2. Offer-level limit in Registration Template:

If you set a 100-person limit on a ticket type and additionally define a 50-person limit within the Registration Template, the lower value (50) will apply.
Once this lower limit is reached, registration will be blocked in all of the above-mentioned channels.

3. Registration deadline:

When the registration deadline passes, attendees will also see a message that registration is no longer available.

You can set the deadline under SETTINGS > EVENT > TIMEZONE AND DATES.

As in the previous cases, registration will be blocked via all standard channels: the event website, ticket links, and invitation links.

Why is it important to manage registration limits?

Proper configuration of registration limits is crucial for ensuring smooth event flow and effective attendee management.
This feature helps match registrations to available resources and deadlines, improving the overall quality and comfort of the event.
