We’re excited to announce the launch of the Multimedia Platform – a brand-new module designed to help you unlock the full potential of your event. From now on, you can easily share video recordings, presentations, downloadable files, photo galleries, and even custom HTML content with your attendees — all in one secure and cohesive space.
This is a space you can fully tailor to match the character of your event. Create as many sections as you need — each with a different content type and specific access rules. This gives you full control over who sees what, depending on the type of ticket or selected items from your event offer.
Access is provided via unique, secure links — no login required. Each attendee is directed straight to their personalized view. This solution is not only convenient but also aligned with UX best practices and GDPR compliance.
You’ll find a new section (under CONFIGURATION > MULTIMEDIA PLATFORM) where you can set up the platform’s appearance, create and manage content sections. Attendance reports now include new filters, allowing you to track who visited the platform and which content was viewed — in real time and retrospectively.
