How to use attendee record filters?

Filters are one of the most powerful tools in the CONREGO system. They allow you to quickly and precisely narrow down the list of attendees to only the records you actually want to process. With filters, you can efficiently manage communications, reports, and document personalization.

Attendee Filters

What are filters?

Filters in CONREGO are sets of conditions you define to extract only the attendee records that meet your chosen criteria. They can be applied in multiple system modules:

  • Attendees – to limit the visible list,
  • Transactions – to narrow down the list of payments,
  • Communication – to create a target group for mailings or SMS campaigns,
  • Report Generator – to generate reports for selected attendees,
  • Document Personalization – to generate tickets or badges for specific groups.

Available filtering criteria

You can filter attendee records by the following fields:

  • Ticket Type,
  • Registration Status (e.g. started, completed, paid),
  • Registration Language,
  • Selected Offer Options,
  • Attendance at Specific Offer Elements (Access Control module),
  • Attendance at the Event (Check-in module),
  • Keyword (e.g. entered in a note or additional field),
  • Registration Date,
  • Consent to Receive Mailings,
  • Group Registration Type (if active)
  • How to apply and save filters

You can combine multiple criteria to get exactly the segment you need. Example: VIP attendees who paid and registered after March 1st.

How to apply and save filters

In the Attendees and Transactions sections, click the Filter button in the top left corner. A configuration panel will appear where you can set your criteria.

Once your filter is ready, you can:

  • click Filter to immediately narrow the list,
  • click Save filter to give it a name and reuse it later.

Saved filters are available from the "Active Filter" dropdown. You can edit or delete them anytime.

Examples of filter usage

  • Create a list of attendees who completed registration and selected Workshop Panel A – perfect for sending reminders.
  • Generate a report of German attendees who selected the simultaneous translation service.
  • Print badges only for participants who selected the "lunch" option during registration.

Why use filters?

Working without filters means manually searching through large attendee lists, which is inefficient and error-prone. With filters, you gain:

  • time savings,
  • greater accuracy,
  • reusability of saved filters,
  • better control over your data.

Summary

Filters are the foundation of efficient attendee management in CONREGO. Once created, a filter can be reused across multiple modules, saving time and making your work as an organizer more effective
