How to filter Registrations and Transactions?

In this guide, you will learn how to use registration and transaction filters to streamline your work with target groups when sending mailings, generating personalized PDF files, or creating reports in Excel files.

Filtering in CONREGO is a key feature for efficient management of attendees and transactions.

It allows you to narrow down the view of attendee and transaction lists, process payments for selected groups, send personalized communications, generate detailed reports, and personalize documents.

Filters work by selecting criteria such as ticket type, registration status, language, selected offer options, attendance, keyword, and registration date.
You can combine criteria and save them for reuse across various modules of the system.

How to filter registrations and transactions?

  1. In the Attendees or Transactions section, click the Filter button.
  2. In the window that appears, set the filtering criteria (e.g., by ticket type, registration status, registration language).
  3. You can combine multiple criteria to further narrow down the results.
  4. Click Filter or choose a previously saved filter from the list.
  5. To use the same set of criteria again in the future, click the Save filter option.
