Update 2026.03.14

CONREGO system update – changes in participant management, payments and reports

In the latest update of the CONREGO system, we introduced several improvements that make the daily work of event management teams easier. The changes mainly affect the participant card, the payment process, reporting, and integrations with external tools.

Below you will find a detailed description of the new features.

1. Changes on the attendee card

The attendee card is one of the most frequently used areas of the system when managing registrations. Therefore, we introduced two improvements to make team workflows more convenient.

Comments section moved to the top of the card

The Comments section has been moved to the top of the participant card.

Thanks to this change, team members handling the event can quickly notice information added by other members of the team, such as:

  • notes regarding special participant requirements,
  • payment-related arrangements,
  • organizational remarks.

Comments are now more visible and can better support internal team communication.

Ability to edit unpaid transactions

A new option has been added to the Transactions table allowing you to edit transactions that have not yet been paid.

This makes it possible to quickly respond to a participant’s request and change:

  • the payment method,
  • data associated with the transaction.

This is particularly useful when a participant decides to change their preferred payment method after completing registration.

2. Improvements to the GUS integration (Tax ID verification for Companies Registered in Poland)

We have also introduced a change to the GUS integration, which allows automatic retrieval of company data based on the Polish tax identification number (NIP).

From now on, when the following two conditions are met:

  • the GUS integration is active,
  • the registration form includes the Payer type (individual / company) field,

the NIP lookup field in the GUS database will appear only after selecting “company / organization”.

This makes the registration form clearer and more user-friendly for participants who register as private individuals.

3. New information in the reports table

We have also improved the table displaying configured system reports.

From now on, the Automatic delivery column shows whether automatic report sending is enabled.

Additionally, when hovering over the clock icon, you can see details of the automatic delivery, such as:

  • report delivery frequency,
  • the list of report recipients.

This makes it easier to quickly understand which reports are sent automatically and who receives them.

4. New integration: MKonferencja event application

We have expanded the list of CONREGO integrations with an event application – MKonferencja.

Thanks to this integration, participant data collected through CONREGO registrations can be automatically transferred to the MKonferencja application.

The mechanism works as follows:

  • selected registrations (based on statuses) are synchronized with the application,
  • participant data is sent to MKonferencja,
  • the application sends participants emails containing their event application access details.

This allows organizers to seamlessly connect the registration process with communication and mobile event application features.

5. Ability to lock editing of registration form fields

We have added a new option that allows you to lock editing of selected fields in the registration form.

The “Lock editing of this field on the registration form” option prevents participants from modifying data in a selected field.

This feature is particularly useful when:

  • participants are imported into the system,
  • invitation links with individual registration access are sent,
  • certain data should not be modified by participants.

Most commonly, this applies to the Email address field, which is used as the main participant identifier.

Summary

The introduced changes focus on improving the daily work of event organizers:

  • better visibility of comments on the participant card,
  • the ability to adjust unpaid transactions,
  • a clearer payment form for companies,
  • more transparent information about automatic report delivery,
  • a new integration with the MKonferencja event application,
  • greater control over editing participant data,

These improvements make participant registration management and communication even easier and more efficient.
