Once the trial ends, access to the panel is blocked. If you decide to buy a subscription of 3, 6 or 12 months, you get your prepared settings back. If you do not start a paid subscription, the data is deleted after 90 days.
Yes. You can try the registration forms, payments in test mode, invoicing, email and text message communication, the event website, check-in, access control, PDF documents and reports, among other things.
On a trial account you can register or import a maximum of 25 test attendees in total.
No. The account is there to prepare and check the configuration. You can create test forms, submissions, messages and transactions, but you cannot run real attendee registration or accept real payments.
A paid subscription has to be started before the form is published for attendees.
A simple registration form can be prepared on your own in a single working session.
The time needed to configure an extensive process depends on the number of attendee groups, forms, participation variants, messages, payments and language versions, among other things.
Not straight away. The configuration you prepared stays saved for 90 days from the moment the trial account expires.
If you start a paid subscription within that time, you get access to the settings back without having to build the process from scratch. After 90 days the data is permanently deleted.
