By default, the event page is available on a subdomain, such as event.conrego.app. If you want your page to be accessible under your own domain, e.g., www.medical-conference.com, you can order a domain redirection service to our servers. Place an order through the admin panel and send us an email with your chosen subdomain to support@conrego.com. It must be a subdomain, meaning an address with a prefix like "www." or "event.". We will provide you with two CNAME records, which need to be added to your domain’s DNS settings.
We are continuously developing the seventh version of CONREGO. All updates are automatically applied to all subscriptions, meaning you don’t need to do anything to use them. Updates include fixes, new features, and security patches.
We welcome suggestions from our customers. If your proposal benefits a broad user base, we will consider adding it to our list of planned improvements. Submit your idea, and we will evaluate its implementation. We strive to make CONREGO versatile while keeping it consistent and intuitive.

The system will generate a pro forma invoice, and once the payment is received, a final invoice will be issued, and your subscription will be automatically renewed.
