What is worth knowing about CONREGO integrations?
CONREGO integrations make it easier to connect the system with the tools you use for payments, communication, accounting and analytics.
Configuration without programming
Many integrations can be configured straight from the CONREGO panel, by filling in access details or picking the right settings.
The scope of the configuration depends on the service. In some cases you may first need an account with the external provider, access keys, or help from whoever manages your domain and company infrastructure.
Automatic exchange of data
Once an integration is configured, specific data and actions can be passed automatically between CONREGO and the connected service.
How it works depends on the particular integration - it may be recording a payment, sending an invoice, delivering a message or passing data to an analytics tool.
Solutions built for running events
The integrations support tasks tied to registration, sales, communication and attendee management. That way the same information does not have to be moved by hand between separate tools every time.
Instructions and support
For the available integrations we have prepared configuration instructions. If you run into trouble, you can turn to the CONREGO team for support.
The scope of that help may depend on the tool you chose and on the settings held by its provider.
Solutions for events of any size
You can use the integrations at smaller gatherings as well as at large conferences. It is worth matching the choice of tools and the way they are configured to the scale of the event, the number of attendees and the process you have set up.
Secure connections
The integrations use authentication mechanisms and encrypted connections appropriate to each provider. The organizer should also take care of proper user permissions, protection of access credentials and the range of information passed to external services.

Frequently asked questions
Many of the ready-made integrations can be configured on your own in the CONREGO panel, by filling in access details or picking the right settings.
How difficult it is depends on the particular service, though. Sometimes you have to set up an account with the external provider, generate an API key, configure permissions or get help from the person responsible for your company domain or IT infrastructure.
We have prepared instructions for the available integrations, and if you run into trouble you can turn to the CONREGO team for support.
The ability to configure the available integrations is part of the CONREGO subscription.
Additional costs may arise on the external provider's side. These may be payment gateway commissions, charges for text messages or a subscription for a given tool. You settle the terms and fees directly with that provider.
It depends on how the event is run. Paid registration calls for a payment gateway, and issuing invoices calls for a connection to KSeF or to the invoicing system you use.
Your own mailbox is worth configuring if you want to send messages from a company address. Analytics and marketing integrations come in useful when running campaigns, and an SMS operator when you plan to send attendees short, urgent messages.
You do not have to switch on every integration. It is best to pick only the ones your particular registration and attendee management process needs.
That depends on the service. Some payment gateway providers offer a test environment that lets you go through the process without real money.
For mailboxes and SMS operators you can send a test message. The behaviour of analytics and marketing tools, on the other hand, has to be checked in the provider's own panel.
Before registration opens it is worth testing the whole process: from filling in the form, through payment and communication, to passing data on to the connected services.
Get in touch with the CONREGO team to check whether a connection to the tool you have in mind is possible and what work it would take.
Your own HTML, CSS or JavaScript lets you embed some external scripts, widgets and analytics tools on the page. It does not, however, replace an API integration and does not enable automatic data exchange with every system.
How a connection is secured depends on the particular integration and on the mechanisms used by its provider. These may include encrypted connections, OAuth, access tokens or API keys.
The organizer should also protect access credentials properly, limit user permissions and check how the chosen provider processes data.
Switching an integration on does not in itself guarantee that the whole process complies with the GDPR. You have to take into account the scope of the data passed on, the basis for processing it, the provider's location and the agreements you have with them.
In most cases, yes. CONREGO makes it possible to connect the system to a given service, but it does not replace an account with that service's provider.
Your own account is needed for a payment gateway, an SMS operator, an invoicing system or an external mailbox, among others. During configuration you usually have to provide access details such as a token, an API key or SMTP server parameters.
Any fees for using an external service are settled directly with its provider.
Not always. Every integration has a defined scope and may pass data in one direction only, or carry out selected operations in both systems.
The integration with Fakturownia.pl, for example, saves the documents issued both in Fakturownia and in CONREGO. Deleting a document in one system does not, however, delete it automatically in the other.
Before switching an integration on, it is therefore worth checking the documentation to see what data is passed and which changes are synchronized automatically.
Yes. You can use a payment gateway, your own mailbox, an SMS operator and analytics and marketing tools all at once, for instance.
You pick the available integrations to suit your particular registration and attendee management process. Some areas may come with limits, though - in the invoicing configuration, for example, you choose one solution: either the direct KSeF integration or a supported invoicing system.
Yes. You can configure your own sending mailbox, for example through an external SMTP server.
During configuration you set the sender name and the email address your recipients will see, and provide the parameters supplied by your mailbox provider. Once the settings are saved, you can send a test message and check whether the account is properly connected to CONREGO.
Yes. CONREGO can pass final and corrective invoices issued in the system straight to KSeF. The number KSeF assigns to a document is then saved in CONREGO as well.
The integration can be checked beforehand in the KSeF test environment, without sending real sales documents.
Alternatively, you can use the integration with Fakturownia.pl and pass documents to KSeF through the account configured in that system.
