How does the Multimedia Platform work in CONREGO?
Launch the Platform for your event
You activate the Multimedia Platform as part of the event configuration. Its appearance can be matched to your website and to the organizer's visual identity.
You can set the logo, the colours, the title, the welcome message, the footer, the section thumbnails and additional links, among other things.
Add recordings, streams and downloadable materials
Each section of the Platform can hold a different kind of content. You can embed a recording or a stream shared through an external platform such as YouTube or Vimeo, add downloadable files, a photo gallery or your own HTML page.
This is how you build an orderly library of recordings, a streaming area, a base of educational materials or extra content for attendees.
Define access to individual sections
Not every attendee has to see the same materials. Access to a section can depend on the attendee category or on the participation variants and options selected during registration.
This lets you prepare separate content for standard attendees, VIP guests, speakers, partners, workshop groups or people who paid for additional access to the recordings.
Send each attendee an individual link
Every attendee receives their own link leading straight to the version of the Platform assigned to them. They do not have to set up an extra account or remember a password.
In the panel you can check who used the Platform, when they visited and which sections they opened.
Before the event: give attendees the materials they need
The Multimedia Platform can go live before the event even starts. Use it to share embedded video, organizational instructions, documents to download and content that prepares attendees for taking part.
Individual materials can be directed at selected groups, for example speakers, workshop participants or VIP guests. Recipients find what they need in one orderly space, instead of digging through several messages and attachments.
During the event: streams and materials available at the right moment
While the event runs, you can share streams and recordings embedded from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, along with presentations, photo galleries and downloadable files.
For each section you can set a publication date and a point at which access ends. That lets you release materials in step with the programme - starting a stream before a session begins, for instance, and publishing the presentation only once it is over.
The approach works well at hybrid and online conferences, workshops, training courses and events with paid access to selected content.

After the event: keep recordings and materials available for longer
Once the event is over, you can give attendees recordings embedded from external platforms, presentations, photo galleries and additional files to download.
Instead of sending several messages with separate links, you point the attendee to one orderly Platform. They can come back to the shared materials for as long as you decide.
You can also keep adding further recordings and materials to the Platform as they appear after the conference.
Premium access for selected groups of attendees
In the Multimedia Platform you decide what each group of attendees gets to see. People on the basic package can receive access to selected recordings, while VIP attendees get additional materials, presentations, Q&A sessions or closed sections.
Separate content can also be prepared for speakers, partners, exhibitors and the participants of specific workshops. The scope of access can depend on the attendee category or on the options selected during registration.
The contents of the Platform then match the scope of a particular participation package.
Premium materials in content marketing and lead generation
The Multimedia Platform is not only for running events. It can also serve to share recordings, webinars, reports and other educational materials with people who register in order to gain access to them.
Every recipient receives an individual link to the content assigned to them. In the panel you can check who opened the Platform and which sections they visited.
This brings the registration form, the distribution of premium materials and a basic analysis of interest in the content together into one process.

CONREGO is not a place to store video files. A recording or a stream has to be placed on an external platform first and then embedded in the relevant section.
Yes. A section can be published straight away, scheduled for a specific day and time, or given a date on which access ends automatically.
Individual materials can therefore appear in step with the event programme or with the access period that applies.
Yes. You can use the preview function or open the Platform from the record of a selected attendee.
This shows which sections and materials a given person will see, based on the category assigned to them and the participation options they selected.
Yes. You can configure the appearance of the Platform in advance, create sections, add files, embed recordings and set publication dates.
Before sending the links to attendees, it is also worth checking the Platform in preview mode and from the perspective of several people with different levels of access.
Yes. CONREGO records when attendees enter and leave, and shows the number of people who visited the Platform. You can also see who is using it at the moment.
The attendee list offers filters for finding people who visited the Platform or a selected section. The reports do not show, however, how much of a recording an attendee watched, or whether they went through the whole of the material shared.
Yes, but at any given moment the link can be active on one device only. An attendee can therefore use the Platform on a computer, a tablet or a smartphone, but opening the same link on another device will end the earlier session.
The limit makes it harder to share a single link with several people at once.
Yes. When creating a section you can assign it to a given language version and prepare separate content for attendees who speak different languages.
CONREGO does not translate materials automatically. Section names, descriptions and the remaining content have to be prepared in the relevant language versions.
A single file shared for download can be up to 5 MB, and a gallery can contain up to 24 files.
Video files are not uploaded to the CONREGO server. Recordings and streams have to be shared through an external platform, such as YouTube or Vimeo, and then embedded in the relevant section of the Multimedia Platform.
Yes. The link to the Multimedia Platform can be sent to an attendee in an email or a text message straight from CONREGO.
The message can go out from an individual attendee's record, from the attendee list or through the Communication module. The system automatically inserts the individual link assigned to that particular person.
