No, it is the same system. The only difference is that with the implementation service, the entire configuration process is handled by the CONREGO team.

Can a CONREGO employee take over tasks such as sending invitations, emails, or updating website content?

Yes. During the pricing stage, we determine whether the client will handle these tasks independently or requires our support. If we take over these responsibilities, they will be included in the implementation cost.

Do you offer graphic design services for the website?

No, we do not provide graphic design services for websites.

Do you prepare content for the event website?

No, the client must provide their own content.

Does the implementation include ready-made content, such as registration confirmations?

Yes. The system includes predefined headers and notification templates that can be used, modified, or replaced with your own content.

Do you provide terms and conditions or legal disclaimers?

No. Clients should prepare their terms and conditions or legal disclaimers according to applicable regulations.

Can CONREGO accept payments for participation on my behalf?

Unfortunately, our payment processing and settlement service is only available for companies registered in Poland.

Can I count on support during the event as part of the cooperation?

Yes. If you are organising an event in Poland or Germany, we can provide equipment for the Check-in Desk and Access Control checkpoints, as well as hostesses who will work under our supervision.

How long does the system implementation take?

The standard implementation time is 7 to 10 days from the moment we receive all necessary specifications and materials. The completion time may vary depending on the time of year, so we recommend scheduling it in advance.

What affects the implementation cost?

The implementation cost depends on:
- the duration of the cooperation,
- the complexity of the registration process,
- the number of language versions,
- the expected level of support (e.g., content updates, sending invitations, etc.).

What does the implementation service include?

No, the number of attendees does not affect the implementation cost.

The price includes:

Can I use the same system for the next edition of the event?

Yes. We can store the system for the next edition. The client then covers the cost of the license and the working hours required to adapt the system to the new event.

Can I embed the registration form on my website?

No, the system does not allow embedding the registration form directly on the client's website. However, you can place a button on your website that leads to the registration page.

Can the system look like a part of my website?

Yes. We adjust the appearance of the registration form to match the visual identity of the event or organizer.

Can the system be hosted on our server?

No. The CONREGO system is always hosted on our servers.
