Don't have time to configure CONREGO yourself? Based on the materials you provide and the agreed process, we can work with you to prepare registration forms, the event website and messages for attendees.

What can I use Premium Support for?

You can use the hours for:

consulting,
preferred one-to-one implementation sessions,
configuration testing,
preparing instructions,
or commissioning a CONREGO expert to configure the system.

The hours are assigned to your entire customer account, so you can use them for any subscription that belongs to it.

Can I increase my support hours allowance?

If you need a larger Premium Support allowance, you can add a package of 5, 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours to the quote.

You can also request a quote for Premium Support only, provided you already use CONREGO and have a customer account we can top up.

What are the terms of Premium Support?

Premium Support covers an expert's working time, not a guarantee of a specific business outcome.

Work begins once the package has been paid for or individually agreed with CONREGO.

Premium Support is billed in 30-minute intervals.

How many hours does it take to build the event website?
