Surveys: from the invitation to a summary of the answers
A survey form can be made publicly available or directed at a selected group of respondents only.
For a closed survey you import a list of people and send personalized invitations with individual links. Each link leads to the form assigned to that submission, which can be filled in beforehand with selected details about the respondent.
Once the answers are sent, the respondent sees the thank-you page you prepared and can receive a message confirming that they took part in the survey.
The answers gathered can be reviewed and filtered in the CONREGO panel. They can also be exported to an XLSX file and used for further analysis in a tool of your choice.
Contests: from the entry form to announcing the results
In CONREGO you can prepare a public contest form or make it available only to selected people. Participants provide the details required, accept the consents and send their entry as a file or a link.
For video recordings it is worth collecting links to material published on an external service rather than large video files.
Every submission lands in one database along with the materials sent, the date they were sent and the current status. You can review, filter, accept or reject them and export them to an XLSX file.
Judging the entries and choosing the winners remain with the organizer. What CONREGO supports is the handling of the submission process and the communication - from confirming that an entry has been received through to passing on news of the contest results.
Why does CONREGO also work well for surveys and contests?
The same features that bring order to attendee registration can support the collection and handling of submissions in surveys and contests.
A form matched to your process
You choose the text fields, closed questions, consents and the places for uploading files or providing links yourself. That way the form can follow the rules of a particular survey or contest.
Verification and submission statuses
Submissions can be reviewed, filtered and marked with the appropriate statuses. If the process calls for qualification beforehand, you can accept or reject selected submissions and pass the relevant information on to the people taking part.
Communication with selected people
Based on statuses and the data from the form, you can pick groups of recipients and send them personalized emails or text messages. That makes it easy to send confirmations, reminders, requests for missing details and news of the results.
Data and files in one database
Answers, consents, attachments and submission statuses stay in one system instead of landing in an inbox and several spreadsheets at the same time.
Access to the panel can be limited to authorized users.

The mechanism for collecting and verifying submissions can also be used in promotional and marketing campaigns.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The form can contain a field for sending a contest entry - a document, a graphic or a photo, for instance. The file stays assigned to the relevant submission, so there is no need to gather entries in a separate mailbox.
For large materials such as video recordings, it is better to ask participants for a link to the file or to material published on an external service.
No. Judging the entries and choosing the winners remain with the organizer or the jury.
What CONREGO supports is the process around the judging: it gathers submissions and attachments, lets you filter them and mark them with statuses, and then send information to selected participants. The data can also be exported to an XLSX report.
Yes. You can import a list of respondents and send each person an invitation with an individual link leading to the form assigned to them. There is no need to publish a publicly available form.
An individual link stays active until the submission is complete. It is worth bearing in mind, though, that access through a link alone is not independent confirmation of the identity of the person filling in the form.
The answers can be reviewed and filtered in the CONREGO panel as they come in. A report can cover the data from the form, the statuses and the dates on which submissions were sent.
Summaries are exported to XLSX files, which you can then use for further analysis or pass on to the people judging the contest entries.
In the form you can place the information clauses and consents required, and access to the data in the panel can be limited to authorized users. Answers, attachments and the consents recorded stay assigned to individual submissions.
The organizer is responsible for establishing the basis for processing, the scope of the data collected, the wording of the clauses and granting the appropriate permissions to the system's users.
Yes. You can set a start and end date for registration. Once the date given has passed, the form will not allow answers or a contest entry to be sent.
You can also set a limit on submissions. Once it is reached, the next people to arrive will see the message the organizer prepared about sign-ups being closed.
Yes. If a survey or contest calls for verification beforehand, submissions can wait for the organizer's decision.
Once you have checked the answers and the materials sent, you can accept or reject a submission and then pass the appropriate message on to the participant. Statuses also make it easier to filter submissions and communicate only with selected groups of people.
