Why are spreadsheets and emails not enough for running training courses?
A sign-up form in one tool, payments that have to be matched to submissions by hand, invoices in an accounting program, reminders sent separately and a paper attendance list - with recurring courses that means more and more work, and a greater risk of using out-of-date data.
On top of that come the repeated questions from participants about free places, sales documents, and the date and location of the class.
An attendee registration system brings the key stages of running a course together. Participants sign up on their own, can pay for their place online and receive the appropriate messages and documents, while you keep an eye on the number of submissions and the places still available.
How does registration for a training course work in CONREGO?
A sample process for a training course - from opening sign-ups to sending out certificates.
You open sign-ups with seat limits
You prepare a registration form with the fields you need and set the number of places available. Once the limit is used up, the system automatically blocks further submissions.
Separate limits can be set for individual dates, course variants, skill-level groups, in-person and online classes, and other options chosen during registration.
You handle payments and sales documents
For paid courses the participant can pay for their place online. CONREGO can then issue and send the appropriate sales document according to the configuration you prepared.
You can also set different prices, sales periods, discount codes and paid add-ons.
You plan confirmations and reminders
After registering, a participant can automatically receive a confirmation of their submission and, before the course, a reminder with the date, the address or the link to the online meeting.
Once the class is over you can send materials, a survey or a certificate. Emails and text messages are directed at the right groups based on the submission status, the payment status or the date selected.
You record attendance and send certificates
Attendance can be marked manually or recorded by scanning a QR code. After the course you generate personalized certificates and a report in XLSX format.
The report can show the people marked as present along with the participants whose attendance was not recorded.
Do you run dozens of training courses a year?
Do you run a training company or manage an extensive training program within your organization? With CONREGO, you can handle multiple training sessions and dates within a single system.
For individual topics, locations, dates or target groups, you can create separate registration processes, forms and participation options. This allows participants to receive information tailored to their chosen training session, while all registrations remain in one database.
From one place, you can manage registrations, payments, participant communication, attendance lists and certificates. You can easily filter and export the collected data and use it to prepare consolidated reports covering your entire training program.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can set a limit for the whole course, for a specific date, for a group or for a selected option. Once the available places are used up, the system automatically blocks further sign-ups.
The number of submissions and remaining places can be checked at any time in the CONREGO panel.
Yes. With sales configured accordingly, CONREGO can issue and send sales documents based on the details given during registration.
If a participant provides a Polish tax ID number, the company details can be fetched automatically from the GUS register. How and when a document is issued depends on the payment and invoicing configuration.
Yes. You can prepare emails or text messages and direct them at the participants of a selected date, a group, or people with a particular submission or payment status.
Before the class you can send the date, the address, organizational instructions or a link to the online meeting, and after the course - materials, a survey or a certificate.
Yes. You prepare a certificate template and CONREGO fills it in with the data held for that participant.
Personalized PDF documents can be sent by email, printed or generated in bulk for a selected group. The same module can also prepare badges, tickets and labels.
Attendance can be marked manually in the Check-in module or recorded by scanning individual QR codes.
After the class you generate a report in XLSX format listing the people marked as present along with the participants whose attendance was not recorded. How accurate that report is depends on staff recording attendance consistently.
Yes. In standard CONREGO you can prepare registration covering several dates, groups or variants of the same course, and set separate seat limits for each of them.
Yes. You can send the participant an individual link for correcting the details given in the form, and a separate link that lets them add an extra workshop, module or service.
Items selected earlier cannot be removed or exchanged through such a link. If the additional classes are paid, the system creates a separate transaction and a new pro forma invoice for them. The links also work for submissions that are already completed or paid.
Yes. Group registration lets one person submit several participants within a single process. The person registering provides the details of each employee, chooses the appropriate course variant for them and can receive one combined VAT invoice for the whole group.
A separate certificate, QR code and participation messages can later be prepared for each participant. The person registering is not automatically a participant themselves - if they also want to take part, they should add themselves to the group.
Yes. You can use discount codes or set a discount granted automatically once a given number of people has been signed up.
Several discount thresholds can be prepared, so the size of the discount can grow along with the size of the group. A discount can cover all the variants available or only selected courses and services.
Yes. The format of participation, the date, the skill level or the training group can all be presented as separate options chosen during registration.
Different prices and seat limits can be set for individual variants. That lets you run joint sign-ups for online and in-person courses and then send each group the appropriate messages - news of the room, for instance, or a link to the online meeting.
