When a submission does not yet mean a paid place

When registration and payment work separately, the organizer has to check transfers, match them to submissions, issue sales documents and remind attendees about outstanding fees. With a larger number of sign-ups it becomes hard to tell quickly which places have been paid for and which are merely reserved.

In CONREGO the payment can be tied directly into the registration process. The system updates the transaction status automatically, and sales documents and messages are issued or sent according to the configuration you prepared.

That makes it easier for the organizer to tell paid submissions apart from those that need a reminder or further checking.

How does paid registration work in CONREGO?

A sample process for selling places at an event - from preparing the price list to monitoring payments and settlements.

You configure packages and prices

You create participation variants and set their prices along with the periods in which those prices apply - early bird and last minute sales, for example. You can also prepare discount codes and paid add-ons such as workshops or a gala dinner.

Seat limits can be set for the whole event and for individual options. Once the available places are used up, the system blocks any further selection.

The attendee moves on to online payment

After submitting the form, the attendee can be directed to the payment gateway of your choice, according to how the process is configured. CONREGO integrates with Stripe, PayPal, Paynow, PayU, Przelewy24 and Tpay, among others.

The methods available - a card, BLIK or an instant transfer, for instance - depend on the provider you choose. Once confirmation comes back from the gateway, the system updates the transaction status automatically.

You automate the issuing of sales documents

CONREGO can issue a pro forma invoice after registration and a final invoice once the payment has been booked - according to the configuration you prepared.

The document is created from the details given in the form. With a Polish tax ID number, the company details can be filled in from the GUS business register.

You monitor payments and sales

In the panel you can check transaction statuses, the revenue from individual packages and the use made of discount codes.

Reports can be exported to XLSX format or sent automatically to selected email addresses on a schedule you set.

No commission on the tickets you sell

CONREGO does not take a commission on the value of your sales. You use the system within the subscription you choose, whatever the number and price of the tickets sold.

The fees charged by the payment provider you choose are settled separately, according to the agreement you have with them and their current price list.

No. CONREGO does not take a percentage commission on the value of your sales. You use the system within the subscription you choose, whatever the number and price of the tickets sold.

The fees charged by the payment provider you choose are settled separately, according to the agreement you have with them and their price list.

The submission stays in the system with the appropriate payment status. That lets you tell attendees who have paid for their place apart from people whose transaction was not completed.

Selected attendees can be sent a reminder along with a link that lets them retry the payment. How unpaid submissions are handled from there depends on the rules the organizer has adopted.

CONREGO integrates with Stripe, PayPal, Paynow, PayU, Przelewy24 and Tpay, among others.

Whether payment by card, by BLIK, by instant transfer or by another method is available depends on the provider you choose and on the terms of the account configured with them. Some providers also let you test the process in a sandbox environment.

Yes. Once sales and invoicing are configured accordingly, CONREGO can automatically issue and send sales documents based on the details the attendee provided.

Final and corrective invoices can be forwarded directly to KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system, or handled through the InvoiceOcean.com integration. Exactly when a document is issued depends on the process you prepared.

Yes. You can set different prices applying on given dates, prepare discount codes and introduce paid add-ons.

Codes can have a limited period of validity or a limited number of uses. Reports show the sales of individual variants along with the use made of the discounts you prepared.

Yes. Within a single process you can run paid general registration, free submissions for selected groups and registration based on individual invitations.

Each group can work with different terms, forms and available options, while all the submissions stay in one attendee database.

CONREGO does not act as an intermediary in ticket sales and does not provide a payment gateway of its own. You connect the system to an account the organizer has opened with a provider of their choice - Stripe, PayU or Przelewy24, for example.

The funds are settled by the provider according to the agreement with them and their payout schedule. CONREGO receives information about completed transactions and updates the payment statuses on that basis.

Yes. Within one registration process you can offer attendees payment through an online gateway as well as a transfer to the organizer's bank account.

With a conventional transfer the payment has to be recorded in CONREGO once it has been booked. After the status changes, the system can trigger the further actions provided for in the configuration - sending a confirmation or issuing a final invoice, for instance.

Yes. You can configure several of the supported payment gateways and then make them available to attendees in the payer form.

That lets you offer different ways of paying for a place. Whether cards, BLIK, instant transfers and other methods are available depends on the services and account settings at each individual provider.

Yes. CONREGO lets you prepare paid participation variants in different currencies. When configuring the gateway you need to indicate the currencies supported by the provider in question.

It is worth bearing in mind that one subscription can have one VAT rate configured, whatever the currencies used.

Yes. Group registration lets one person provide the details of several attendees and pay for their places within a single transaction. The person registering can receive one combined, multi-item invoice covering the whole group.

Each member of the group remains a separate attendee, so each can receive their own QR code, ticket, certificate and messages about their participation.

How to proceed depends on the status of the transaction. If it has not been paid yet, it should be deleted before the related items are changed, and a new transaction covering the current scope of the order created afterwards.

Once a transaction has been paid, the selected options can be changed, but this may call for a corrective invoice or an additional transaction. CONREGO does not carry these operations out automatically, because the right course of action depends on the kind of change and on the rules the organizer has adopted.
