As a part of the information center service, we provide communcation in Polish and English via landline, text messages, and emails on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM. We deliver a complex solution which allows you to focus on other areas of event organization.
The scope of responsibilities
Depending on the agreed upon scope of responsibilities, we will inform attendees about:
- event agenda and speakers,
- payments, logistics, deadlines, accomodation options,
- changes and updates,
- registration process,
- and, if you wish, we will also make corrections and updates of attendee registrations and provide technical support to attendees.
Cooperation models
For communication with attendees – depending on the scale of the event and expected volume of communication – we will calculate a rate that will be due each month or a lump sum for the entire service period. To calculate the costs, we will use:
- average daily number of individual phone calls,
- average daily number of individual emails,
- average monthly number of newsletters sent out,
- average monthly number of text messages sent.
