The distribution of mailings is a complex problem. However, knowing the needs of event organizers, we have included a module allowing for mass mailings and text messages in CONREGO software.

When it comes to registration system implementation, we can prepare e-mail message templates with invitations, reminders, or news. You can then send them to attendees that match certain conditions (eg. who have the chosen registration status or speak a particular language).

At your request, we can personalize the content of emails, using the data gathered by the registration form. As soon as a mailing is issued, it can be found in the report with the entire mailing log.

Within the Enterprise model, we will help you:

• create recipient groups based on registered attendees,
• prepare email and text message templates,
• personalize messages with the use of attendee data,
• access the reports of messages sent and errors,
• use the system to send text messages by integrating with an external operator's API.
