The price of every plan includes 3 hours of Premium Support. Work beyond that allowance requires an additional package of hours.
Connecting your own subdomain and manually restoring a backup are separate services and do not reduce your Premium Support allowance. Further costs can also arise from using external services, such as a payment provider, a text message gateway or an invoicing system.
You can use the hours for consulting, preferred one-to-one implementation sessions, configuration testing, preparing instructions or commissioning a CONREGO expert to configure the system.
Premium Support is billed in 30-minute intervals. The hours belong to the whole customer account, so you can use them for any subscription assigned to that account.
Hours included with a subscription and hours purchased in an additional package are valid for 12 months from the date they are granted or purchased.
You can use the remaining allowance with subsequent subscriptions under the same account, provided it has not expired.
You can pay for the subscription by bank transfer or by card through Stripe.
Settlement always covers the whole subscription period you choose. It is not a monthly fee renewed every 30 days.
Yes. Request a quote as a PDF by giving us your company details, the subscription period and the number of subscriptions. We will email the document to the address you provide within a few minutes. The quote carries the buyer's details, the line items with amounts and the tax rate, so you can pass it to your manager or procurement team without further questions. It stays binding for 30 days from the issue date.
Once the period you paid for ends, access to the system is blocked.
The data is kept for a further 90 days so that the subscription can be renewed. After that it is permanently deleted. Up to the last day of an active subscription you can export attendee lists and reports to an XLSX file.
No. The subscription period runs without interruption from the day it starts and cannot be suspended temporarily.
For recurring events it is worth choosing a period that covers preparing the system, registration, running the event and the time needed for reporting and exporting data.
Yes. The subscription price includes an address of your choice in the *.conrego.app domain, such as event.conrego.app.
You can also order the connection of your own subdomain, such as registration.yourdomain.com. Configuring it costs €75 net. The owner of the domain has to add the records we indicate in the DNS settings.
The subscription period is counted from the day paid access to the system is started, not from the moment a free trial account is created.
From that day access stays active for the 3, 6 or 12 months you chose. The subscription period runs without interruption and cannot be suspended temporarily.
