1. Event overview
“Identity and Uncertainty. Between Standards and Personalization: How Can Standards Be Reconciled with an Individual Approach to Patient Care?” is the fourth edition of a scientific and educational conference in Warsaw (September 11–12, 2026).
The event is aimed at physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, and other professionals working in the field of adolescent and young adult mental health. Its program combines expert lectures with practical workshops addressing current clinical challenges. The organizer uses CONREGO across successive editions of the conference.
2. Client challenges
The organizer needed a system that could combine ticket sales with the management of an extensive range of participation options. The process had to accommodate several ticket types, different prices for successive sales periods, and both paid and complimentary options.
Workshops taking place in parallel presented an additional challenge: attendees should not be able to register for two sessions scheduled at the same time. The system also needed to support payments, invoicing via Fakturownia.pl, e-mail communication, reporting, attendance tracking, and the preparation of badges and certificates.
3. The CONREGO solution
Several ticket types and date-based price lists were configured in CONREGO. This allows the organizer to run successive sales stages without creating separate forms.
The available options include conference admission and additional workshops. Blocking rules prevent attendees from selecting sessions that take place at the same time, ensuring valid choices from the moment they register.

The system supports attendance tracking during the event. The document personalization module is used to prepare badges and certificates, while the Multimedia Platform makes event materials available to registered attendees.

4. Results
The organizer manages ticket sales, workshops, payments, communication, and documents in a single system. Blocking rules reduce the risk of scheduling conflicts and the number of registrations that require subsequent correction. Different ticket types and pricing periods provide the flexibility needed to manage sales for each edition.
Once created, the configuration can be reused and expanded for successive editions of the event. After each conference, the results can be updated with the final numbers of registrations, tickets sold, workshop selections, and recorded check-ins.
