1. Event overview
The 24th Łódź Psychogeriatric Workshops took place on March 6–7, 2026. For many years, the event has held an important place in the calendars of physicians interested in mental health disorders affecting older adults.
The Workshops attract not only psychiatrists and neurologists, but also geriatricians and general practitioners from across Poland. Growing interest in successive editions confirms the need for events that combine specialist expertise with a practical perspective on caring for older patients. A total of 795 attendees registered for the 2026 edition.
2. Client challenges
Organizing an event for several hundred people required an efficient way to connect registration with ticket sales, payments, accounting documents, and post-event communication. The organizer needed a solution that would support:
- individual and group registration,
- online payments through PayU,
- automatic generation of pro forma and final invoices,
- transfer of sales documents to Fakturownia.pl,
- monitoring registration and payment statuses,
- preparation of up-to-date reports,
- generation of separate certificates for attendees and lecturers.
Maintaining a consistent process throughout was essential. Registration details, payments, invoices, and proof-of-attendance documents had to remain linked to the correct individuals and accessible to the organizer in one place.
3. The CONREGO solution
CONREGO brought together individual and group registration, PayU payments, and invoicing through Fakturownia.pl. The organizer could monitor registration and payment statuses on an ongoing basis and generate the reports required for financial reconciliation.
After the event, the document personalization module was used to create two types of certificates: one for Workshop attendees and another for lecturers. Each person's first name, last name, and other details were automatically added to the appropriate design.

4. Results
CONREGO was used to handle the registration of 795 attendees. Registration, payment, and invoice data were available in a single system, while reports made it easier to keep track of financial settlements.
Automatic certificate generation reduced the post-event workload and made it possible to efficiently prepare the correct document for each of the two recipient groups.
5. Client testimonial
Organizing an event for several hundred attendees involves a large number of tasks that need to be coordinated efficiently.
