2. Client challenges
Organizing a multi-day conference for attendees from Poland and abroad required the organizer to combine an extensive range of participation options with payments, invoicing, and bilingual communication. Its requirements included:
- several ticket types, including registration paths unlocked with a password,
- multiple paid and complimentary add-ons with capacity limits,
- prices in PLN and EUR,
- PayU online payments and invoicing through Fakturownia.pl,
- a comprehensive attendee information form,
- e-mail communication, reports, certificates, and badges,
- protected access to educational materials,
- an event website in Polish and English.

3. The CONREGO solution
Several ticket types were configured in CONREGO, including registration options available only after entering a password. The comprehensive form collects the information required to support attendees, while the system monitors the capacity limits of individual add-ons.
PayU payments were integrated with documents issued through Fakturownia.pl. The website and registration process operate in two languages and support prices in PLN and EUR. CONREGO is also used for communication, generating certificates and badges, and providing registered attendees with exclusive access to materials through the Multimedia Platform.

4. Results
The organizer manages successive editions in a proven environment without rebuilding the entire process from scratch. A single system brings together participation options, payments, invoices, communication, and attendee documents.
Ticket types, passwords, and capacity limits provide control over access to different participation options. A bilingual website and prices in PLN and EUR make it easier to serve attendees from different countries, while the Multimedia Platform securely delivers educational materials to the appropriate recipients.
